By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in the Membership and/or Collective programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Payments & Billing

All fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment schedule. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Membership and/or Collective resources, sessions, and materials.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

All payments made are strictly non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of the services, downloadable resources, strategic materials, reserved onboarding slots, and access to proprietary content, no refunds, cancellations, credits, or partial reimbursements will be issued once payment has been processed.

This policy applies regardless of participation level, attendance, usage of materials, or completion of the program.

3. Access & Usage

Access to the Membership and/or Collective is intended solely for the registered participant. Sharing login credentials, resources, templates, recordings, or proprietary materials with non-members is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, templates, recordings, strategies, and resources provided within the Membership and/or Collective remain the intellectual property of the company and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior within all community spaces, meetings, and communications. Any harmful, inappropriate, or disruptive conduct may result in removal from the Membership and/or Collective without refund.

6. Results Disclaimer

While the Membership and/or Collective are designed to provide education, strategies, support, and resources, individual results may vary. The company does not guarantee specific business, financial, or personal outcomes.

7. Agreement

By completing your purchase or enrollment, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Non-Refundable Policy.
